UAV Flight Test Convention

In 2019, the first UAV Flight Testing Convention was organized by Airbus GmbH at the ZAL in Hamburg. Due to the Corona pandemic, this could be not organized in 2020. In the meantime, multiple flight testing campaigns have taken place and we would like to present you with the opportunity to share your experience with others in the field of UAV Flight Testing. Therefore, we are organizing the 2nd UAV Flight Testing Convention. This time, it will be a so-called Virtual Event. Everything will be done online, so no need to travel anywhere. We have spread the Convention over two afternoons. The aim is to have a combination of oral presentations and informal discussions. We would like to inform you about the date (20 and 21 September) as well as to invite you to submit an abstract for an oral presentation. In the attached document, you can find the Call for Abstracts along with some more details concerning the relevant dates, the abstracts and the oral presentations. The topic of the abstract can be chosen by you. The goal is to share our experiences regarding the testing of UAVs. As we get closer to the date of the convention, more information will be provided regarding the online platform that we will use for this Virtual Event. I hope that you will participate (again) in this event and send in an abstract.
